Access Keys

Ok, so I own Guild Wars Prophecies, but its been 2 years since I played. I can't remember my details and don't have them stored on my pc anymore, the only way to get them back would be to do a system restore, which I'm not allowed to do.

So, can I buy just an access key or do I have to buy a new game as well, or is there some way I can get back my character?

Your only hope with getting the login information for that account would be to contact Guild Wars Support and take it up with them - they are the only ones who will be able to verify that it's your accoutn and provide you with the login details.

What you'll need is : any receipts you might have proving you bought the games, any cd-key cars/papers from the games as well as any ID papers you might have (ie driver's license, birth certificate, citizenship certificate, etc).

If you don't have the receipts/cd-key's.. not sure if they'll provide any details, but I'd say it's well worth a shot.. just put a support ticket in.

If you d remember your username & password, all you need to do is install the game and your good to go.. but if you don't know them, you will need to contact support.

What if I have to buy a new account? I realise not off ebay, but do I have to buy a new game or is there somewhere I can get an access key?

New access key = new account.

You sure you can't remember what email address you were using at the time? That and a password are all you need.

lol is he trying to remember his password for a game, or get his car registered at the DMV, lol

either remember what email address you used to sign up, or go buy it again for 30 bucks...that's probably your 2 main options...

I have strange problem i havn't played like 2moths and now when i want to login it says that me Password is incorrect ... howcome i tryed to contact the support and nothin,i don't know what to do !

Q N.02 : If i'll buy the Factions i can play ? without mix the prophcies with factions? with the new serial access?
