Just got my ele 15k flameforged, and i want to start playing him more.
The question is, whats the best ele build to be used in sab's 3 necro build?
sf is probably out because it dosent function well alone right?

I'd say Mind blast + Rodgorts invocation or Arcane echo + Savannah Heat. The minions help somewhat in keeping the foes in SH for the whole duration.

ursan tank if its 4man and you have decent UB rank (my ele has 10 so this works well)... since its nice to have a frontliner with Sabway in 4man zones. if you're going in like an 8man, mind blast prob wins

But, in that case that you don't use A, B or C, I was thinking about a good air build.
You could either go Blinding Surge, Enervating, and the Cracked Armor skill, or you could run dual attunements and run Blinding Flash.

Yeah, depending on how you configure the "spare" slots on the MM and SS bars, Sab's team build can be missing interrupts, damage mitigation, and stuff like that.
Blinding, Wards and stuff like Maelstrom, or Knockdowns can definitely help the team. If you always lead with your minions, dropping a Savannah Heat on your minion wall is always nice.
PvE skills like Pain Inverter, Technobabble, Assassin Support, Ebon Vanguard wards also work great with minions and in general.
Lots of options for elementalists.
