ok so, so far i've found (through seeing others and experimenting):
/drums = you play air drums
/guitar = you play air guitar
/violin = you play sad violin
/flute = you play the flute

And if your wanting to play rock paper scissors:
/paper
/rock
/scissors

/fame - glowing things if you are rank 3+

By glowing things do you mean those things that come out of your hands? I've seen a few monks dance while having these blue sparkle things streaming from their hands.

No, I have those from buying the special edition (collector's edition?).
