I went through my GW pictures and i found a few old and new combos

ooh, that last mesmer combo is one of my favorites I use it a lot.
here is my monk with deldrimor top and pants, and asuran armguards, just wish I could find some sandals that dye well (eg with lots of parts that dye--and the colors I want to make them).

I never was a fan of the ranger's Canthan pants, so I came up with this combo:
Canthan armour with Tyrian pants.
Pants dyed yellow to match the pale leather of the Canthan parts, top dyed red+purple+grey to somewhat match the colour of the skirt.

Inspired by the post above, I tried to found some other combination for 1k Luxon armor. Boots were the hardest part, because most of them make rangers' legs very thin or were too "bulky". The rest just don't match.
I don't like 1k Luxon pants (maybe I would, if they were animated, like Aurora's), I prefer Drakescale, but the purplish parts of the boots don't really gives much choice of dyes.
So I dyed pants purplish to match boots, boots - gray to match pants, top and gloves are dyed in some weird combination of colours to get same shade of grey on pants. I tried red+silver earlier, but I think I like grey more.
Red parts on boots go nice with red parts of the top. But it's too much textures, whole thing look a bit weird (I like it tbh, maybe it's just my char that odd), so I need second opinions

Finally I got the Destroyer Gauntlets, so I need to find a well suiting armor. I picked some nice ideas from this thread, and found this "cheap" combination suiting nicely with the gauntlets. The color from the pants is red (maybe it could be a bit more darker), and the color from the scars is Red+3xGrey, which results in a more scar color I think

I decided to drag my original character I made, Verene (yes, my forum name comes from this character) over to Factions to finally level her up, and decided that perhaps I should buy some max armor while I'm at it. The combo I came up with ended up being very inspired by Eleonora Morgan's Ranger that's on this page
Shing Jea vest and boots, Tyrian leggings, Ascalon gloves. All dyed yellow except the vest, which was grey+purple+brown to match the skirt.
I love it and hopefully it'll inspire me to work on this character more

That's probably the coolest looking paragon combination I've seen. I think the face and hair color/style also are complemented by the armor really well.

Since there aren't too many male ele combos up here, i thought I'd post whatever ones of mine I could find in my screenshot folder
1k Sunspear for gloves and robes, Robes are just dyed plain yellow and gloves are plain brown
Norn for leggings are dyed blue at the moment, but you cant tell- the dye'd parts are hidden
1k pyromancer for the shoes and they're dyed a mix of yellow, brown and perhaps orange
oh and Asura glasses.
I acctually made this set for the Royal Ascalon Masquerade ball, but I couldn't really work "endurance" into it lol
But I think it goes quite well- I like my baggy sunspear trousers, but I like this even better. ;D

Thanks! I was a bit surprised at how nicely the pieces matched And as to not be off-topic, I bought a cheap armor set for my Rit, so I can farm with her once I cap VwK.

Very simple but one I don't think I've ever seen before. I love it. Getting the dye on everything to match was a royal pain, but it turned out neat.
