For me, I like to get a stack of Bottle Rocks and go crazy around town.
If people and the gwdat file are correct, a party animal title might present itself at the coming Cantha Festival... I plan to max it out.
Having fun and Earning a title while doing it that's how I party like an animal.

I like the thing that makes little sparkles appear on your head. This one time, I had like 20 of them going at once which was really cool. I don't know if I can party that hard ever again though.
