Seriously, looks like you've put a lot of thought into it going by the wiki page. I hope you get the donations you need, as I would think that's where something like this could fall down. There are not enough trusting people around...lol
If all goes well though, I'll look forward to getting down with my funky self at your disco (love the retro feel, hell, I may have to lvl up an Ele with an afro and 70s disco suit). I hope you have help organising the events, etc. I don't mind offering my services as big beefy bouncer

Read through the Wiki page briefly, can i just suggest you don't hold it in kamadan, probably the worst place you could hold a player made event due to the spamming. The fact you asked people to leave the first 4 districts for the event wont work, even if it was Kamadan int. you have spam bots there. And to be a pessimist, i do find it quite odd that you'd organize something like this by yourself, and its not a guild run event.

Oh, and the Ascalon Ball is an Ascalonian event, not a Krytan event. So hosting it in Lions goes against all the original lore... GG
