ok so like im wondering...
if youre soloing an area as in just you plus heros/hench
is there a way to just flag the henchmen but not heroes? so that the 3 heroes still follow you? but the henchmen stay in place?

if so thanks for the tip/advice/help

Nope, you'll have to manually flag the heroes.

Well you could, but first you'd have to plant your 3 heroes right next to you, then flag all your heroes/hench command to wherever you want them to be, then unflag your heroes and they should go back to you.

So basically individually flag 3 heroes by you, then use the flag all command to where you want henchman, then unflag the individual heroes. Think it should work or I have done it before anyway.
