I believe its around 200-250k, but I cant really tell.

Question on this shield while it's being PC'd; do these effects stack (i.e. if you're in a stance and enchanted, is damage at -4)?

PC quote I received earlier for this shield is 250k; mine was PC'd at 200k(ish)...identical except the req on mine was 9 (i'm assuming it's req9 str).
