It's sad how many people talk about Ursan Blessing being trash and then joke about having to Rebirth the people who die using it. Both skills are trash, but I always enjoy the lol at irony, so please, continue.

A as of now (though I'm using it for Blood Washes Blood HM runs), but once I get my Norn Rank up to a respectable level, I suppose I'll dabble in some Ursanway PuGs for some elite missions, since...I've never been to any of them.

A: It was fun in the mission because it really gave me a sense of power (plowing through walls. ect.) but using it in other parts makes me feel like a cheater because mobs can't do anything if you have more than one person with UB, let alone 6.

B for me. Ursan makes all this HM title stuff bit ezier and still there are times when real builds are required.

A....I think between all my chars that went through gwen so have it, I've used it one time outside of BwB...and afterward I felt...dirty lol. I used it to kick Zho's ass in Bison to get the journal for my ele...beat everyone else but she kept killing me. Yeah, it was a revenge thing

most people who answer A are either, hypocrites, ive seen some who have used it in UW not JUST DoA. and some just have a low rank and hate it cuz either they were discriminated for having such a low or not acceptable rank.

im truly not a fan of spending 2+ more hours on UW or FoW on a "skill based" build of different classes wen i know i can get it done in less the time with UB.

None here....Personally I see the skill good and once again hated due to its popularity. I use it sometimes for shit and giggles or when I'm bored, as I say: If it works why not use it.

See, here's the thing. I get up at 7.30 AM, hit the road at 8.30 to drive into the city and open my shop. I then run my shop until 9.30PM, balance my tills and drive home about 10.00. I do this four days a week, plus meetings, training sessions and conferences. I have a wife and a 3 year old daughter who, y'know, I like to spend time with on my days off.
Upshot being, I get to play GW in short bursts of an hour or so at a time. Loading up UB on my Ranger with a decent H/H team means I can actually achieve something in that very limited time. Even though the 'poll' of this thread is restricted to absolutes and therefore of limited potential, I'm a lot closer to A than B.
If the person quoted thinks that makes me a total scrub, may I suggest he gets a job?

i use ursan when im solo'ing missions as it is a good tanking skill.
dont do it for pugs cuz it becomes a dull touch fest.

Ursan is fine as an option; but because its always available, people use it in place of a regular skill bar. I feel that approach is detrimental as it then becomes a crutch. I suppose its the end result of 3 or so years of power-creep...

I don't use Ursan's blessing for a few reasons.
a) I like mid-liners, and did not create those characters just to run in front and slash stuff.
b) I don't turn into a bear. Not fair!!!

Did try it once in Doa (monking for ursan group tho) and it was just boring. Ruins gameplay to the point where its just total chaos, yet because you get away with it people keep playing and forget (or never learn) how to play properly.
