Fifteen Over Fifty [Rare]

Here are some suggestions to make Blood magic useable (PvE oriented):

Cultists Fervor: Reduce sacrifice to 20...5%

Life Transfer: Reduce recharge to 15s

Mark of Subversion: Reduce cast time to .5s, reduce recharge to 10s

Ravenous Gaze: Rework completely, possibly trigger large lifesteal when target is over 80% health.

Soul Leech: Reduce cast time to 1s

Vampiric Swarm: Reduce cast time to 2s


And then there are lots of skills like DP, BotA, ToA, Jaundiced Gaze, Barbed Signet that are marginal at best.

Blood magic has a long ways to go before being playable outside of lame bspike gimmicks, even with this new buff to the line. Those would definitely make it a little better.

I love blood magic, my favorite line by far. I would like to see some buffs worked into this for a few more skills to become fully viable. like maybe Lifebane and Shadow Strike reduced to 1sec cast time. In general most skills in blood are too long a cast or too long a recharge to be worth much time.

The sacrifice involved in CF is ridiculous. Running this at a maxed out Blood with some rune will still carry a cost of nearly 100 health every time you cast a spell. It's like running a character under permanent Backfire.

It should definitely be adjusted downwards drastically.

As of right now blood does not have anything to brag about. 1sec cast time stries would make it so much better.

most of those 1 energy skills will never see the light of day in PvP/GvG. last time i checked, the enemy can kill you (the necro) just fine. no need for you to assist them by not only killing yourself with the sacrifice cost, but running right up to the enemy just too kill yourself. sacrifice cost will always remain unattractive in PvP. i just don't believe how so many people can view this as a good thing. even before this update, those skills were not popular because of the energy cost. just give it time, people are going to come back to reality when they realize that.
