It would be nice if the Rewards NPC would at least confirm that our predictions were properly received. The only messages I've ever seen on him are "Have you made your predictions yet..." and "You received x points...". It would be nice if they at least had more messages like "Thank you for making your predictions and Good Luck..." and "Tournament rewards are still being processed. Please check again soon to see if you earned any rewards".
In general, the NPC interaction reflects lazy design/programming (just my humble opinion).

I quit making predictions after my first two months' points were removed from all 3 of my accounts. I still haven't gotten any of those points back, so I have no intention of wasting any more time with predictions.

Make sure you registered your account's name at Tolkano. Registering at the website alone does not work.
