More Quest like Drakes on the Plains (another inscribable weapons thread)

I feel that a few quests should be added to the game that allows rare weapons from the UW, FoW, and Factions to drop with inscription slots. An example of this would be in Nightfall “Drakes on the Plains” During the quest four (4) Obsidian Furnace Drakes can be found in Nightfall and do drop inscribable shadow bows, shadow shields, and chaos axes. If there is any concerns about the price dropping for un-inscribable version for one there is very little market for them now and if you are still concerned go ahead farm it a few times. I have been farming this quest for a week now every day and the best I have gotten can be seen on the guru auction site (look up chaos axe, shadow bow, and shadow shield). The drop rate for these items is so extremely low that it should have less effect on the market then the Z-Chest. (Anyone want to buy a legendary sword, got 2 in one day from the Z-Chest, now what do I do with them, not req. 9 so they will not sell?)

First quest idea: “Vermin on the Beach” where four vermin wash up on the shore of Kourna from a wrecked trading shield. A trade ship from Kai appears on the beach with the entire crew missing (vermin had to have something to eat on the long voyage). The quest involves killing these creatures before they establish themselves and infest the whole of Kourna. Melonni must be in the party for the quest to spawn.

Second quest idea: “Reaching too far” where an overreaching Asuran has caused a tear in the mist and four Smite Crawlers have came through the tear and must be eliminated. The quest involves cleaning up the mess that the Asura has caused. Vekk must be in the party for the quest to spawn.

Third quest idea: “What lies in the Tunnel” where the dredge tunnels have been used by three warden and one Kirin to follow the dredges through the tunnel and now must be eliminated. Ogden Stonehealer must be in the party for the quest to spawn.

Fourth quest idea: Sorry drawing a blank on how to get the Outcast to Nightfall or GW:EN. Maybe someone else can come up with an ideal how to get the outcast to Nightfall.

None of these quests should be repeatable so the average player can complete them and never see one of the rare items. The people actually hunting for the items can run the quest and abandon or fail them. The drops should be similar affected by not only what the creature drops but the area the creature is found. The reward for the quest should be so low that it does not become a farm site. I do not want to see ecto or obsidian shards dropping in these areas because there is no need for them to drop outside of the Fissure of Woe or the Underworld.

More quests are always welcome in my opinion, especially ones with more unique rewards, however, I think rare drops from the UW and FoW should remain rare drops from the UW and FoW. Perhaps if the quest reward / rare drops was something fitting for the quest, or even an Onyx Gemstone, Ruby, Saphire, Obsidian Shard, or Ecto?

Just reworking the drops to have either both systems or only inscruptions worlwide would be better.

There are way too many skins in the realms of the goods and Factions that will drop inscribed only in final chests.

Now the point is that the quest, "Dakes on the Plains" allows people to get inscribable versions of Shadow Weapons and Chaos Axes which are FoW weapons. The difference is that these weapons do not drop with inscription slots in FoW but do drop with inscription slots in Nightfall.

The quest I have suggested brings creatures from Factions and the UW to areas where they can drop with inscription slots but at a extremely low drop rate.

This suggestion does not concern those items. The Zodiac items can be found in the game and if you are willing to put in the time you can get what you want. The same can be said for other items that spawn in the final chest. It just takes a lot of time

Celestial, Outcast, Warden (kirin) and smite items do not appear to spawn in the final chest. This suggestion addresses those items. I could be wrong about the Eternal Shield & Eternal Bow dropping in the game.

Remember this is actually drops and does not include the Z-Chest which is a PvP item.
