I'm very sorry I prevented the misuse of a quest for very ridiculous amounts of tokens. I think I nipped it in the bud, and stopped an exploit. So, yay me. Sorry to anyone that QQs over this change, I hope you don't mind. <3
Oh, and by the way, don't think PMing me is going to change the fact that this was nerfed because it was an exploit. I don't control the dev team, and judging by the speed at which this was fixed, ANet thought it was important.

There is perhaps an unintended consequence to this change: new players in Factions will now be excluded from participating in this portion of the event.

Not really that bad of a consequence since any new character with a secondary profession can do the quests.
