question about new head gear

just got a mo zing mask for my sin a while ago notice that i cant get 16 attributes to shadow arts
i think there should be like a new insignia or some thuing to change this other wise i wont get 16 on the attribute i want i think the same thing goes on the other proffesions

The EotN headgears have a +1 to items attribute, just like hero headgear, meaning that it adds +1 to whatever attributed rune you put on it. Like if you put a minor rune of shadow arts on it, it will become +1 Shadow Arts headgear, stacking with your +1 minor rune.

Crank Shadow Arts up to 12 drop a sup rune on it for +3 giving you 15. It will then gain the + 1 to attribute for Shadow Arts meaning you get your 16.
