*Rat Appears*
Celestial Rat: Greetings, citizens of Tyria. I have come this year not to bestow you with fortune or with misfortune, but for a greater task.

Celestial Rat: You see, this year, I require assistance from all of you...

Celestial Rat: I MUST REACH RANK 9 OF MY HUMANSLAYING TITLE!
*The Rat, level 31, turns hostile, and skill usage is enabled in the town*

*The Rat has 13371337 health*

The Rat's Skills
-Storm of Vermin
He summons a wave of nontargetable rats which stampede through the town, exploding and causing 75 damage with each impact on a player.

-Conjure Cheese
The Celestial Rat summons a massive hunk of cheese which explodes, unleashing smaller chunks which cause knockdown, cripple, and daze if they hit a player.

-Tail Lash
The Celestial Rat spins around, whipping his tail (similar to Cyclone Axe). All nearby foes are KILLED! Sucks for wammos.

-Polymorph (yes, stolen from Warcraft)
Turns target foe into a rat with 50 health, 5 energy, and disabled attacking for 30 seconds. Just try to stay alive kay?

In addition to all this, the Celestial Rat can spit fire from his mouth and also has a melee "biting" attack. Both of which are extremely lethal. Imagine Glint but on a larger scale.

Victory
If the players are victorious in defeating the Celestial Rat, he will explode, raining Celestial Rat minipets and other Canthan New Year goodies all over the monastery for several minutes, and a fireworks show will start up.

Defeat
The Rat leaves the district, players are resurrected and combat skills disabled once more.

Meh, that would be a nice touch. This New Year is divided into two groups - the ridiculously lucky people who get 3 rats in 70 fortunes, and the people like me who have opened 300+ and have nothing but a crapload of spiritual possessions.
