You're going to have to be a bit more specific if you are going to be looking for help on a forum, I would suggest that you take a screen shot of your Guild Wars program files folder and also list your computer specs.
On the otherhand, you can ALWAYS uninstall Guild Wars and clean out your program files of it then reinstall from the website ^^
EDIT: A friend of mine is also having problems loading his Guild Wars, it is a problem with his .DAT from the update, corrupted files and whatnot. He is currently working it out with support so if he gets a resolution to the problem and you seem to have a similar problem (once you post more info) I would be happy to tell you what he did to fix it ^^

Is GW getting to the loading screen and then crashing before it loads the game, or is the actual loading screen not coming up at all? If it's not loading at all, did you maybe change the target path of your shortcut and make a typo? As Ajank3r said, you really need to supply more information if you want us to be of any help.
