I was wondering if it would be at all possible to implement a "Challenge" feature into Hero Battles. This feature would allow for testing in an environment that would show results (by this I mean waiting 15 minutes to get into an unrated match and face someone who has never played Hero Battles before) without the loss of rank. A challenge feature would also allow you to challenge your friends because syncing matches almost never work unless your around the same rank. This system would work almost like the GvG feature, except that it would have the Hero Battle game mechanics.
