Alright, I've been playing Guild Wars for about 4 months with no problems, but yesterday and today, I started it up and I was able to log in and select my character. As soon as the location started loading, a window popped up (From Windows, not the game) that said "Out of Memory". Then the game closed itself. Everything else is working fine. I tried using my other PC, and it worked with no problems, so the issue is definitely in my computer.

You may have some bad RAM. If you can, note how much memory it says you have when you start up the machine (sometimes there's just a company logo instead of POST data.)
Next to that, go to control panel, and double click on "system". See what it says there.
In both case it should say the same as the amount of RAM that's in the computer (roughly).
But if it says you only have 512meg when you know there's 1 gig in it, you may have a bad RAM stick. It could be just that dust and/or oxidation has buggered up the RAM contacts though, so try removing the RAM(s) and reinstalling it.

You can also try running a utility such as "Memtest" to check the RAM.
