Would anyone try to take over control of any of the enemy groups? I could imagine, if things were truly free-form, that we could take control of the Stone Summit or other groups, and simply run them ourselves. Could you imagine being able to have a real army under your control? Everyone that says they'd be a necro could actually have a shot at defeating Palawa Joko and declaring yourself the new king (or queen) of the desolation...

My everyday enjoyment says Ranger/monk, since the whole lifestyle suits me better and I've always wanted a big cat as a pet in RL.
I'd live in the floaty castle near where you kill that annoying Galrath(?) from the quest in LA, or Pre-Searing because it's beautiful.
I'd have my own business in LA manufacturing weapons, furniture and instruments. I'd avoid choosing Luxon/Kurzick sides, as this decreases trading opportunities, and I'd spend my free time cliffdiving into the ocean from my floating island, hunting, and trying to find an attractive, intelligent Canthan female as a soul mate.
