Where do you get the Lion Mask this year?

According to Gaile during her Gailechat and her talk page on wiki, you can get the lion mask again this year DURING THE EVENT instead of at the finale.

My question is, how and where? I can't seem to find the mean to get it.

Not that I want it for myself, as I already got one from last year. But I'm just curious and suspecting that I might've missed something here.

Anyone?

Try waiting till the Celestail Rat start visiting every few hours (ie Sunday/Monday)

If we knew it would be the my guide sticky at the top of the forum! So the short answer is no one knows.

I thought it said you can wear it during the finale, so we'll prob get it at the start of the finale instead of the end. Big whoop...

If there's a way to get the same mask as last year, that will be the first mask that's ever been made available to people who missed it a year before. If that's the case with this Lion Mask.

*roll eyes* Then that'd be the same deal as EVERY SINGLE HAT EVENT before it.

And no, Gaile said specifically that they're making the Lion Mask available during the event and NOT at the finale because they think you should wear it during the event. She even went on to say how in Chinese Culture people wear the Lion Mask to celebrate the event (well not exactly every people, but you get the point), so it's logical that you get it during the event, and not at the finale.

I'm starting to think that Gaile has been "misinformed" once again.

There's a chat log before this post where she specifically said that the Lion Mask is being repeated AND can be obtained, and worn, during the event and not at the finale. I don't have the link to that though.

*roll eyes* no it wouldnt because at other finale events the hat is the last thing you get, im saying this time it may be the first

Gaile was "misinformed" about the hat again. The hat is still giving out AT A FINALE and not a minute before, SAME AS LAST YEAR.

Sigh...somehow I wonder people at Anet are making Gaile's job difficult on purpose.

I think she 'meant' that we should wear our hats from last year at the event ths year---but that doesnt make sense since we get another one ---the SAME one at the end as well.....ugh.

got my hat during the event. just followed the rat around while it did the taste test, and afterward got the hat.

I think she meant exactly what she said.
You just misread her. The finales occur "during the weekend event." The reward is not the same as last year because there was an additional prize.
