Well, it says it could not copy the file from my 3d Analyze folder to my Guild Wars folder, what does this mean? does this mean it doesnt work?

I think you might need to give more details. Is 3d Analyze is an emulator to bring T&L to 3dfx cards? I think you've got a difficult question to be answered.
