i think that there should be profesion spicific buffers like how dervs have +25hp so it would be something like this:

ranger:+25% range
monk:-25%dmg.

assassin:+25% speed

of course it only applies to primary profisions and only appears on one piece of armor

Warriors already get an extra +20 armor vs physical damage.
Rangers DO have the longest range w/ certain bows & have extra armor vs elemental damage.
Elementalists get extra energy by virtue of their primary-specific attribute, energy storage.
Monks get extra healing from their primary attribute, divine favor.
Assassins have a higher chance to crit (which means more damage) from their primary attribute.
Do you see where this is going? That doesn't even take into consideration the higher attribute levels members of a primary profession can attain; no one is ever going to be as good w/ swords as a primary warrior can get w/ runes. Also, different professions have different bonuses from their armor. For instance, the 2 extra pips of energy regen for most casters comes from their armor. Warriors other bonuses, etc...
