Devona most definetly! She is the first HOT npc I met and I have seen her through all campaigns. 
My second fav would probbaly been Mhenlo need for the same reasons xept the 'HOT' part.

I like having Mhenlo, Cynn and Eve to watch my back but I have a weak spot of just plain enjoyment for King Adelbern. The man insists on standing up and taking on the Charr and I'mm all about stepping up and standing right next to him. After all, we just trashed everything they threw at us and wiped them all.
Then little Prince Rurik gets all "Daddy doesn't love me, C'mon we're leaving" and I'm like, "Man, What?" you ain't gonna stay and save your kingdom, you sissy. but he's all, I'm taking my fiery sword and running away to the beaches of Kryta. and then I turn to tell him to go surf alone but Adelbern insisted I keep an eye on the whiny little punk so I gotta bail on the dude when he needs me most.
Given a plot option in the game, I totally would have stuck with King Adelbern and wiped out these charr at the wall.
And then I would have shacked up with Gwen's mom.

I tend to like all the Ranger Henchmen / Heroes.
The ones that stand out most, though, are Aidan, Zho and Pyre.
Aidan, because he was the first Ranger NPC I really used / interacted with.
Zho, because I love the Black Moa story.
Pyre, because he's a Charr and Gwen hates him. Heck, Gwen hating him is reason enough for me to love him forever.

My first thought would be Eve, when my ele main char finally runs low on energy she gets him back up "Does the word "minion" sound evil? I'm okay with that". Then again my fighter char has way to much fun running around with that crazy dwarf Stoneskin.

If the person in the icon for Rebel Yell is an NPC, he (she?) would be one of them. That person looks nearly identical to my guildie's necromancer (spiky armor, same hair to some extent) and my guildie's necromancer, IMO, is a real cutie

My favorite? probably Palawa Joko, for reasons stated above. he's funny, tricky, and has some major personality. props for the convo's between him and Zhed, lol you gotta love it
. other than that, Koss's battle cries are funny, as well as Master of Whispers'.

Palawa Joko was a really great villian, it was sad to see him so underused. Same goes for the Charr. Really great aspects of the game that were almost ignored for some reason. Hopefully we can see some more of this stuff in the sequel.
I also love pretty much all of the main hencmen, Devona, Mhenlo, Cyn.. They really should have been turned into heroes. At least as a bonus for those of us who own all the campaigns?
