Summit Warlord Shields

I'm just wondering whether these exist with a strength req, i know they used to just be linked to tactics but the zaishen chest may have dropped str ones.

So, can anyone confirm/deny that str versions exist?

Well I've definitely had a strength one in the past. Pretty sure it was only white/blue though.

I got a perfect gold strength requirement one dropped for me in hard mode. Sorry i couldn't post a picture. I don't know how.
