What is the shortest period of time I can do the following things?

After my dick head of a brother deleted my necro for the fun of it, I was highly pissed off. As it was the only character I bothered playing with. I needed to create another necro, and do the same things I did with the last one to try and to pretend nothing happened.

Note that this is not another ' What is the fastest way I can make Money' thread this is more of an 'is it possible' question and 'how quick I can do it. But advice on doing so is welcome. (Btw I am not a noob, I am a experience player )
I own the following

• Prophecies
• Factions
• Eotn

Here is the list :

• Get to level 20 obviously
• Complete the Prophecies campaign starting as a Tyrian-born character
• Do about half of all the bonuses in the campaign
• Ascend
• FInish the Arbstone mission in Faction (same character, so taking a boat to cantha form tyria)
• finish 'Curse of the Nornbear', 'A Gate to Far','the Elusive Golemmancer' in Eotn
• Make 50k ( don't care how)
• 2 armour sets (not elite)
• rank 2 in asuran,delver & norn rank.

I got a bit further with my first but, don't want to be too fussy.

it depends....are you part of a guild?
getting thru pre-searing wont take long...if you dont really care about the level you are when you leave.
If you also dont care if you do things in order ...you can get a run from ascalon to LA to get to both cantha and kamadan--kaineng for max armor, kamadan for heroes. Then you can go back to prophecies and get thru the rest of the missions there pretty easy on your own (if you say you have played for a while)..or you can jump to eye when you get to level 10 (this can be done pretty fast by doing the quests in cantha around market place and kaineng)...and you can then get some eton heroes to help you out.


Some people have completed factions in a day, nightfall in 3 and prophecies a little longer.
The rank 2 you will get by just doing the quests in eye---people have run thru eye in less than a day....


If you get runs, know the missions etc you could be back up to where you were in a week or so of hard playing time (less if you have a good guild).

Well the fastest would be ; going to baltha tempel int dis 1 ; get immediatly spammed by bots and go to the site ; pay the guys and get 50k lol xD

lol my brother didn't delete my character because he wants to play guild wars, he hates guild wars, he is just plain spiteful.

Just playing through the missions n such, you should be able to get 50k and the two armor sets.
Completing the prophecies campaign will get you ascended, and you can do bonuses along the way.
So I suggest just doing the prophecies campaign first, and you can get about half the things done.

Well you can get to lvl 20, complete prophecies with all bonus's complete (and all side quests) get 2 non elite armour sets. in less than 24 hours (of play time)

within another 12 hours you can complete factions upto Arbourstone,

you can complete EotN with rank 2 of norn & asura titles within another 24 hours of playtime,

of cause this all depends on how fast you play

and making 50k depends all upon luck, it can take 20 mins or it can take 2 weeks.

You will most likely make 50k picking up and merching all the trash drops you will get during your time leveling to 20 and completing the portions of the game you indicated (that is; 50k in addition to having enough money for max armor).

With help from me (Guildie:P). The easiest way to do most of those things (starting with Prophecies, yuck!)-

-Start a new char
-Leave pre-searing (Level 2)
-Get a run to LA
-Get someone to help you finish 'Sunspears in Kryta'
-Get heroes from NF (Koss, Dunkoro, Melonni, Tahlkora and Jin/Sousuke)
-Get to Level 10 on various quests/missions
-Enter EotN and use the "Journey to the North" buff
-Finish Primary Quests until your Level 20
-Get a run from LA to Sanctum Kay
-Finish Sanctum Kay, Dunes of Despair, Thirsty River and Elona Reach. Also the 1st attribute quest.
-Finish Augury Rock, get 2nd attribute quests.
-Go back and finish Primary Quests

That should get you alot of the things. And the 50k should be fairly easy with EotN quests. Should easily get survivor aswell (Dwarven Boxing)

Getting to level 20 is fastest in factions, although you say you want to do proph, so my advice is get to about level 10 then get a run to and around the desert, defeating your doppleganger gives you a hell of a lot of exp and its very easy to do with a small skill set. This also solved ascending.

Doing half the bonuses is very easy if you have a good guild or a good set of heros (Although i notice you say you dont have NF?) just do them when your level 20.

Getting to Arborstone is possible in a day with a good party or if you know the missions well.

Eton is very easy to find partys for, again it shouldnt take you long at all to do those missions, possibly day all told if you fight your way through everything to get your eton title s (there are a lot of runners in eton for various missions)

Get armor from factions, its cheaper and some of the tyrian styles are avaliable there too.

50k should be easy enough to reach once you've ascended as you can farm FoW and Uw. Also simply playing through the games and picking up all your crap will get you at least 25 -35k i would have thought!

A lot depends upon what your priorities are, but I get the impression you just want to get back to where you were as quickly as possible without worrying about actually "playing" the game......
I also get the impression that you don't have any gold in storage...... (let that be a lesson )

The fastest way to get to level20 and ascend, as has been said, would be to start if Factions. But since you want to start in Prophecies, and since you have some experience, I'd say.....

Go through pre-searing almost as fast as you can - leaving at level4 or so. Then do the missions and primary quests (or get run) until you get to Lion's Arch. You can at some point get a run from Beacon's Perch to Droknar's Forge, to get the max armor there, or you can do the simple quest to get to Cantha and get max armor in Kaineng Center.
From L.A., go to Temple of the Ages and from there go south through Talmark Wilderness and Tears of the Fallen, etc., to get to Sanctum Cay (skipping all of Maguuma).
You can either do the desert missions to ascend or go through the Canthan ascension.
The rest of the stuff, the 50k, the armor, the ranks in EotN, can just be gotten along the way through normal play (a little longer if you get run a lot.)

To get to Arborstone, you'll just need to do the primary quests/missions in Cantha.

Hmm, I hate to break it to ya, but the things you mentioned in your original post aren't the things that are hard to recover. With help from guildies or even on your own you can do most of that stuff with a week or 2 of solid playing.

It's the things that you haven't mentioned that will be tougher to recover.
- Buy all the skills your original necro knew.
- Unlock all the 2ndary professions that your necro knew and buy the known skills for those.
- Cap all elites your necro had.
- Earn back the titles your necro had. How high was his rank in treasure hunter/wisdom/drunkard/sweet tooth/etc?

I hope you have a nice guild that will be willing to help with some of this stuff.

And finally....CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD NOW AND NEVER EVER LET YOUR BROTHER KNOW WHAT IT IS!!!

P.S. Edit: On the plus side, if you ever wanted survivor on your main character, but lost it nows the perfect opportunity to snag it.

You make a good point capping and buying the skills would be the hardest bit.
The only thing that was the positive side for me, was the ability to get tapestry shread fro gwen in pre searing but then again the quest reward for her quest in Eotn isn't that great
