ok, just wondering where the last observation point/group of joko's bodyguards are. the wiki says that they are on the bridge, but i NEVER get credit for it

Clear out the mobs, then head further up and touch where the Effigies are standing, this gets it.

The last strategic viewpoint/guard spawn is at the north end of the rightmost of the three bridges.
