Yeah.. their animations are buggy. About half of their animations don't play (like /no, /yes, /agree) and every few seconds they will clap their hands together gently. I haven't seen that emote at all in the game and I thought my guildies were messing around with me when I first got the glitch, but... when I've got about 6 male monks with the glitched animation in front of me, it's hard to believe that they're all messing around with me.

I already tried doing a -image, that didn't fix it. How can I fix the animations?

Possibility's
1) Check your video card. (Does it meet all requirements?)
2) The Dat file my not be complete. (Load the GW's CD's again to fix it)

Other than that, I don't know what's wrong.

1) Yes, it does meet all requirements.. it's an Nvidia 8600M GT. Runs Oblivion decently, though I run out of Virtual Memory every now and then. I have only crashed Guild Wars once with this computer.
2) I think I installed GW from the Nightfall CDs. And I only started having this problem about 2 weeks ago.

Try -repair.

Apparently, -repair only fixes registry entries. I think the registry is fine, there just might be some glitch in the male monk animations.

Does -repair fix graphical glitches?

A»t this point I'd completely uninstall GW and reinstall it from scratch. Not just an -image as I've suggested in-game... that didn't work out in the end. If the full reinstall doesn't solve it... no idea what could.

DOES sound like a .dat problem though >_>.
