Can't find this skill anywhere

the skill is Intensity.

can u tell me how to get it? ive went to the Hero Skill trainers but i cant find it.

It's a sunspear skill. You should be able to get it in Sunspear Great Hall.

the skill isnt in Kamadan, sunspear great hall, or the command post. why cant i find this skill?

If you're talking to a [Skills] npc, that's why. It can only get obtained from a [Hero Skills] ncp. When talking to the Hero Skills npc, ask for Sunspear Skills.

Hero trainer in Kamadan, I believe.

And, obviously, make sure you HAVE a hero skill point.

I'm just impressed someone actually managed to use Intensity in a build, because its like a complete waste of a skill compared to other sunspear skills eg. Necrosis

Just to clarify...the skill appears in the category for sunspear skills. You won't find it by looking under elementalist.
