There are programs which come with some keyboards and mice that allow you to make macros which will work with GW. There are probably versions available as stand-alone (without buying a keyboard).
Be careful what sort of macros you use though. Some can be against the EULA and/or can make your character seem like a bot.
Other than redefining what some keys do (through Options in GW), I don't use any binds or macros myself.
