How do I unlock Olias ?

I brought over my Warrior from prophecies and Olias was not one of the heroes I got, so how can I unlock him ? Also I chose Magrid the Sly for Hfff reasons and was wondering if there was something I could do to unlock Master of Whispers.

you will get the quest at docks in Kamadden

if you have factions the same person will give you the one for Zimani ..(sin)

Diva is her name i think who gives it to you

You can get the quest to unlock the master of whispers after you beat nightfall.

Since you choose Margrid you won't be able to unlock Whispers until you complete the last mission of the storyline. Any Nightfall hero that you don't have will be available then.
