I don't know about most people, but I enjoyed being a Rat during this year's Canthan New Year, and a Pig during last year's. This was only for about a minute though, so the ordeal didn't last very long. Since these effects already exist in game (See Pig Form and Rat Form.), how hard would it be to implement two new tonics (Pig and Rat) which let you enter those two forms, much like the Beetle Juice, Transmogrifier, and Yuletide tonics? These could perhaps drop from the Zaishen Chest with the same drop rate as the other tonics. Also, after each year's Canthan New Year, a new tonic for that year's animal could be put in the game or given away at the event finale.
