Trying to get Flail in Prophecies

I got Flail on my lowbie Warrior in Nightfall by buying it with faction then going to the skill guy in Kamadan. Now I also got a level 19 W/E in Proph which still has to do Sanctum and further but Frenzy is really suckin' in that area. Is there a way I can get it? I can't seem to buy it from the Guild skill guy.

you have to take him to nf, the guild hall trainer only does core skilld

Otherwise, a tome might work. (can't comfirm that though)

yeah, a Tome is the only way you'll get Flail without leaving the continent of Tyria.
Since you've reached Sanctum Cay, that means you've already been to Lions Arch. You can do the quest there to get to Kamadan. Sunspears in Kryta or something? I forget what it's called. It's not very long but you may need some help as the henchies just aren't good enough.
