Req9 (str) Inscrib Shadow Shield

Hi all, I just bought a req9 str Shadow Shield (inscribable) for 5k, at the moment it has just +60(hex) and -20% poison. Was wondering:
a) What's its worth
b) If it's an high-answer item or if try to sell it is a waste of time.
