Help: Big problem with website!

Sorry to post here but its the only part of the forum I've been able to get to in the last 2 days. Something is very wrong with the website, I can not load it, and keep getting connection error screen, my connection IS FINE. It took nearly 3 minutes for this screen to load. I can not get to any other part of the website, it usually just sits on this page, its worse than having a 56k connection. Whats going on? I can't even find out how a bid of mine is going on Auction.

If you can get to this part then you can get to the others. I have the same problem now and then. Seems to be a massive server load going on at times that makes the site almost unusuable. The page load times can be extremely slow. Usually i would give up and come back later although it seems to be happening a little more often. What can i say, it's a very good website and a lot of people wanna use it.. Feel for you tho, it can be sooo frustrating.

it use to be horrible on my old school computers. Even on my home computer which is a raelly nice comp, but none the less the site is a well used site

clean out your cookies, repair your connection, check your firewall. that usually works

actually its not that. I'm at work and tried the site with different computers with the same result. The main page seemes to have an error in one of the scripts and keeps trying to load some of the graphic designs. That's where it get's stuck.
The forum area since it does not have the skin components as the main page has no problem loading.
And that's only my opinion.

No, the OP is right. This site is whack today.

There are currently some server issues that are being looked into. It should be fixed soon. If not, I'm sure Inde or someone else will make an announcement about it. Sorry for the inconvenience.
