GWGuru being DDOS'd?

I can't help but notice that surfing GWGuru is slower than swimming in molasses, and that it all started about the time that idiot script-kiddie showed up with his hack to crash GW clients and his insane plans to blackmail ANet into unbanning the 117 hackers/exploiters.

So - is the idiot script kiddie also DDOS'ing GWGuru?
Or why is the site so slow?

Yep, it's been loading extremely slow the past few days for me too. Anyone know whats up?

Guru servers are usually like that. No reason to be alarmed.

And it's meant to be an insult, calling somebody a skript kiddie. Kind of like calling somebody a noob, when they really aren't.

I've had no problems accessing Guru for a long time.

I remember back in 2006 or so, GWGuru had really bad connectivity for like a month, then all went back to normal. I'm not used to living in lag - again.

Funny is that my theory was we were being DDOS'd as well - both since that's the main cause of random lag in forums, and that I know quite a few faggots who would have the guts to strike such a blow to the GW fanbase.

We've had DDOS attacks before. I haven't heard back from the server admin if that what might be occurring. I'll give an update as soon as I have it.
