Now the game says it needs a disc?

Alright so I have Nightfall. I just got the Game of the year verison of the Guild Wars.

I poped the discs in let them install and then added the key to my account. Now everytime, I load up a area it asks for the disc.

I hit if I hit cancel or countine it works fine. How do I stop it from poping up about the disc not in there?

Edit: after my thrid restart of my computer it has finally fixed itself. Thread can be closed now.
