My monk is lv 20, and I really need to get to DoA fast, but I dont want to spend days doing missions to get there. Is it possible to skip over them all? Or at least some? He's currently at sunspear santuary, doing the quest that you have to get sunspear general to pass.

No Sorry not with Nightfall - The Primary Quests all need to be linked - even though you can get to some of the mission outposts out of sequence you can't do the mission.

yea to be able to open abbadon's gate mission you have to beat every primary quest and most missions (some you do instead of others) to get it open. I recently got nightfall and just opened DoA this week, then noticed I can't get into any groups cause I don't have ursan... hate that skill. does no one do regular groups anymore?

No...because a Full run with a regular group takes 8 hours...compared to 2 and a Half

Sorry, no way to skip missions, but I was the in the same situation as you were earlier. Here is the thing though, I managed to beat NF in about 7 hours straight, starting from consulate docks, going at a comfortable pace.

I can offer you some advice though to make it go quicker, or at least what I did to make it go quickly. First off I h/h it all the way through to the second to last mish (I found a successful PUG here to help Shiro, so that was good). Chose Margrid the Sly because I think those mish's are easier and faster then Master of Whispers. I think Nundu Bay is easier, so go there. Get a run at Varesh. Also try to setup a basic m/r runner build that makes it easier to run the primary quests.

So thats some advice to make getting through NF faster. You may not have 7 hours to sit down and play straight, but NF can be beat rather quickly if you make the right decisions, and avoid PUGS because they are way tooooo slow.

I think 8 hours is an exaggeration, prolly more like 5, maybe it just feels like 8.

In NF most missions can only be done when their respective quests are done, so being run for most of the game is impossible.

Use this for Gate of Madness.

You can be any class for that guide to work (it says you should be ranged, but don't worry, I was able to pull that off as a Dervish).

The closest you get is to buy mission runs.

Nightfall isn't half bad if you don't bother with Masters.
