I was wondering if the PVE sunspear skills can only be gotten by the class that they are the main of.

Or can a warrior run CoP?

Yes, you can. I run necrosis on my me/n vaettir farmer build for glacial stones. However, you can't have both on your skill bar at once.

You can have both the primary and secondary professions sunspear skill on your bar at the same time. I do it all the time..
