Only place I would see a speed buff for monk is in the smiting prayers attribute.

/signed this would be a crazy combo with aura of stability or what ever. jsut have the monk back line keep up 33% faster run and cannot be KD.

If it was put in smiting, and like a 25% boost, it might be ok. Smiting sucks atm, needs a few good spells. It could also be "target other ally".

You obviously didn't GvG about 3 months ago. Back when every 3rd guild ran a Mo/D with ZB and Signet of Pious Restraint and Signet of... the name escapes me, but it's like "Your movement is increased by 15% for each enchant on you, max 33%" someone must know it.

Anyway, I think it's a good idea, if it was like 3...7...9 seconds with 10 second recharge.
