This is too powerful to be in Illusion Magic. Should be either Domination, Fast Casting, or Inspiration. Why do I say its too powerful for an Illusion skill?

Why all the loling? I agree that there are already skills similar to this, such as Depravity and Power Leech, but it doesn't hurt for somone to suggest a skill.
