Are bans (Code 045) Perminant bans, liftable?

Ok so I was in a Dragon Arena district and a bot was spamming the players. So I quoted the bot and asked if that is the same bot spamming people "Buy game gold off of gamegold.com, 10% discount yada yada yada....." And it seems that I was perm. banned.

Sorry I can't get the image of the message up, it says:
Your account has been banned from Guild Wars for advertising a inappropriate website. This ban is permanent. (Code=045)

My question is, are bans they specifically say are perm. liftable?
Has anyone been banned for this situation and got their account back?

I have already sent a support ticket and I am waiting for a response.

whats the point of picture? All it does is show your email address. Even if u get your account back, i'm sure atleast one hacker has seen your login, and is using his password generater device to get into your account... (i'd remove pic lol).

As far as I know if it says permanent then your account is banned forever. It will usually say a certain amount of time if it is a temporary ban. There have been some people on this forum that got their accounts back when they have been banned permanently.

It's not impossible to get your account back, people have gotten the ban lifted after having Anet check logs to see if it was a genuine "mistake".GL with your support ticket

Yeah, some people that got mixed up in that DoA glitch thingy got their accounts back for legitimate reasons i think (correct me if im wrong), by sending a ticket to support. Theres a chance, just gotta have some proof (pictures)

yeah (like above said), request them to check chat logs, although im not sure if you have to provide them with a time range or not. Best give them as much information as possible.

You will NEED your cd keys, so make sure to have those in hand

Now begins the fun, because I also had a problem with my account codes, they said non of them were valid, and it was never resolved. This will be a fun week.

You shouldn't need your account keys. One of my alliance members has been wrongly perma-banned twice.

Basically, you just need to send an email and explain the situation. They may do stupid crap like ask for ALL your character names etc, which they don't actually need, they're just hoping you'll go away.

Don't go away, email them every single day for an update until you get your account back.

If you buy from the IG Store, you don't get keys, so you won't have them. It's Anet feeding a line of bullshit to try to make you go away. Politely tell the to piss off and deal with your problem, and they will. Eventually. They are very, very, very slow. You will definitely need your GW logon email address though.

i dont think you would need keeys for them to check your characters chat log. They do it without your keys, while checking "/report" cases. Besides, regardless if its even your account or not, when they re-activae it, only the person with the accounts login and email can get back on anyways.

same i got a key too. Anet and their rule twisting... -_- . They'll acces your logs freely w/o cd keys, but as soon as you ask them to, you gotta give up every single bit of information you have ...

All the games I have got from the IG store I have always been sent the keys for future referance in an email.
