As all of you know Isle of Nameless is a place that we try build,spikes,skills etc. I think in a test area we dont need pvp rules,what i want to say is that anet should give us skill changing option only in Isle of Nameless.I'm sure that it will help devoloping build more easy.Thanks for reading

And also, please make enemies respawn MUCH faster, or give us an object like a switch or something that, when activated, allows us to fill in the details of an enemy we would like to face (class, build, equipment, team, etc) and then spawn them in a designated area, similar to some NWN2 chargen mods. This would facilitate developing builds to counter the flavour of the month and make nerfs less needed.

I doubt anyone being against it, since nothing drops in there, there's nothing to farm. Nowhere to run. Absolutely no unfair advantage by making so.

But I bet this would require a change in the GW mechanic we'll never see until GW2, or not even in there.
