I know I saw a screenshot of someone posting 1337 Skillz a little while ago. I think their name was Dark Sentry. They res'd a thread from last year on the Skillz title being introduced during Wintersday. You can probably find it if you search.
And I can pretty much guarantee you that nobody has iddqd Skillz, which, with the same screenshot, can be confirmed to be the next tier. I think the point level is 50k.

Dark Sentry has rank 7 skillz. No one is known to have higher. There were a couple of people that were fairly close to r7 at the end of Wintersday, if they were in rollerbeetle, dodgeball or Dragon's Nest all weekend during Canthan New Year, they might have finished out r7.
Snowball arena is easily the most efficient way to farm gamer points, so most of the grinding on the Gamer title is done during Wintersday.
It's not difficult to acquire gamer points quickly if you largely limit your play to festival events, play heavily during those times, and have mastered at least one festival game. I burn a few weekends during the year playing a bunch of rollerbeetle and also play a bunch for a week or so during Wintersday; that's about it. As long as you don't get too crazy with it, it doesn't turn into grind.

2. The leech bot script wouldn't have helped during Wintersday (or Costume Brawl, for that matter.) If the script was a frosty (runs around and chucks snowballs like a moving Jack Frost and does nothing else), this is usually detectable by dazing the bot. Then you can /report it.

Good players who play for 2+ years and by play I mean log in like every day or every other day have these titles (it is not hard when you set goals and know what you are doing) the casual gamer will never get these titles (the hardcore gamer can get any item/title/anything he wants that is why they are called hardcore gamers.)

This was during the regular Dragon Festival last summer, /report didn't exist back then.
