Ok well someone got my password and deleted one of my characters who had a lot of work on him. Who do I contact to get this guy back? Is there an email or website?
Unfortunately the only solution to this is prevention. Once you are careless enough to let this happen, it's too late. Learn how to keep a safe account and password so it doesn't happen again.
Never use your email and password to your guild wars account for certain game sites or message boards. Most of them don't have an encryption, meaning that they WILL be able to view your password. I had this happen to me, but luckily they only took my gold, but managed to get my account banned.
In the last couple of days, there was a suggestion that you be able to lock your characters for a certain amount of time. I don't see it in the active threads, though.
Yeah, you're screwed, but you might go into the suggestion forum and try to get some protection or recovery implemented.
