Best/Worst GW Voice Actors
Avarre
The Ghostly Hero is epic. I don't know if good or bad epic.
Operative 14
Prophicies:
Best: The Lich. Great voice actting for the character.
Worst: Glint. For a several thousand year old dragon thats still going strong, you'd think her voice wouldn't sound like an eighty year old grand mother.
Factions:
Best:
Worst:
Nightfall:
Best: Morgahn.
Worst: Varesh, she sounded like she was trying to sound imperious by deepening her voice, but it just came across as... weird...
EotN:
Best: All of them. The voice actting in that game was outstanding.
Worst: None that I can think of.

A guild joke of ours, whenever anyone mentions togo, factions, vizunah, (you get the idea) someone on vent always goes
"AH MHENLO IT WAS GOOD OF YOU TO COME."
-Master Togo.

Prophecies - I thought all of the voice overs were well done. I didn't have a problem with any of them.
Factions - lol. I didn't like majority of the voices. Togo's was by far the worst there.
Nightfall - All of the voice actiing was superb. No complaints here.
Gwen - Loved all the VAs except for the guy doing Jalis Ironhammer. I could not understand half the lines he spoke. Quite annoying. X_x

I have to say that Nightfall voice acting is excellent- I have nothing to complain about and some voices are simply great. I think the best one is Morgahn's voice. I can't think of a bad one right now.
Factions, on the other side, is simply terrible. All the voices are pathetic, the peak being Togo. Shiro is equally lame- sounds like a battered warrior who took too many hits to the head.
Prophecies is ok, without standing out. I like Ghostly Hero's voice a bit, but I'm annoyed by that of the Vizier and of Glint. I expected a little more from a dragon.

Gah, I hate Danika's voice and Dinas from the end of D'Alessio Seaboard.

I'm just gonna point out some other nice voices I like and hate - not worthy enough to be listed in my first post, but still.
For Prophecies, I liked Confessor Dorian. Despite his fagginess and really scrawny legs that I doubt could support his fatass body, he has a nice booming and noble-sounding voice, good for a leader.
For Factions, one think I remember is both the Luxons and Kurzicks said the opposing Faction's name oddly. In Fort Aspenwood, the guy in the cinematic kept saying "the LLLLLUUUUXXXXXXXXXOOONNNNZZZZZZZZZ", like Daffy Duck's "you're despiccable" but way too overdone. At the end of Gyala Hatchery, Argo keeps going "the KURzicks" they may be curs in your eyes, Argo, but it's still a corny pun to use.
For Nightfall, one thing that ticked me off was Varesh. Her voice was okay, but whenever she shouted "ABADDON!" or "NIGHTFALL IS COMING!" she sounded like one of those fat African American (no hostility intended here) women who is trying to sing on karaoke night.
For Eye of the North, Ogden had a fitting voice for a dwarf. Livia's voice was seductive, which is good as I wouldn't like her seductive looks to suddenly be broken by a horrible voice.

The ghost from the desert missions in prophecies makes me want to bleed from the ears, and Danika from factions makes me want to kill myself just for being female...

Best: Vekk
Worst: Vizier Khilbron. WTF is that accent? The guy looks the closest to Middle Eastern, but his accent is a cross between Indian and Greek. FAIL.

I never had anything against the Ghostly Hero. He sounds like Akama from WarCraft III: The Frozen Throne (yes you're supposed to like WC3, it's WoW you want to kill).
Though then again, when you consider he was a great warrior in life, I cannot imagine living Turai with that voice.
Maybe he got ghostly bronchitis.

I have 3 winners for best voice
Tahlkora - Kari Wahlgren
Anyone who can make me prefer an english version of an anime just because of her voice is just full of grade A pure win (in this case FLCL, she does Haruko Haruhara's voice)
Male Lead Character/Justiciar Hablion - Steven Blum
Anyone who can give Vincent Valentine a voice that good and make a video game characters sound truly heroic "You have exactly ten seconds to explain yourselves before we run you through" from The Wilds cut scene before you rescue the chosen gives me a lovely feeling of awesome, deserved everyones vote.
Vekk - Maurice LaMarche
The Brain's voice actor in a massive eyed, egotistical genius....again
?????
PROFIT!
Worst Voices (I'm not going into voice actors...they don't deserve the publicity)
Varesh - when she shouts "ABBADON!" at the end of Consulate Docks......i can think of less traumatic prostate exams
Kuunavang ....fail
Danika ...because not even hell is that cruel

Though some think me mad, I always watch the cinematics and like most of the voice acting. Overall, I think that the best voice was myself- I mean, the male hero. I wish I sounded like that. The worst overall was, as much as I hate to go with the crowd, Either Danika or the ghostly hero. To go through it campaign by campaign...
Prophecies- The voice-acting was okay, but nothing to write home about. They seemed to try very hard to give every character a different accent, more so then necessary in my opinion. Confessor Dorian sounded believable as both the benevolent leader he seemed to be at first and the mad fanatic he was later shown to be. Ditto for Justicar Hablion, so the Mantle was generally well-acted. On the other hand, many of the generic and one-time minor characters were weak, Dinas chewed the scenery a bit, and the Ghostly Hero was painful. The voices didn't need to be outstanding, though, as the storyline was that good.
Factions- Generally weak. Emperor Angsiyan (the guy Shiro killed) and Suun the oracle were pretty good, and I actually liked Shiro's voice. To be fair, most of the dialog was pretty weak, and they didn't have much to work with. Danika was just painful, though.
Nightfall- Great, great, great. This was film-quality acting. Varesh was probably the best. This is probably going to sound like Bush-bashing, but I think the southern United States accent really worked. I think she was basing her preformance on Hablion. no-one was bad.
Eye of the North- Not enough cutscenes in this campaighn for the amount of talent. Not as good as Nightfall, but only just below. Pyre was the best, he sounded a lot like I imagined a Charr would. Gwen, however, was...not so good.

Bad - Vekk...i was expecting a Mogwai (Gremlins) and got Pinky and the Brain.
Worst - the same voice for all character classes. A Necro should sound evil, a Mesmer pompous, a Warrior gruff...you get the picture. The generic cut-scene voices just don't fit with all characters. Give us a selection of character voices like in Baldur's Gate / Neverwinter Nights and i'll be happy.
Best - get Bender, Fry and Zap Brannigan on board for GW2. Sweet, Sweet Candy...BAM!

To be honest, I barely enjoyed any of the voice acting. It is not really a question of the voice but maybe it has something to do with the script.
One good example is at the end of Gate of Pain.
*SPOILER ALERT*
When they are talking about taking out a God. Dunkoro rejects the idea, thinks it's madness. Then his son shows up, talks to him, basically convincing him they should try. Dunkoro's mind completely changed in 30 seconds, he says something like "yes... yes... we should blah blah blah". The way he says "yes yes" makes me cringe every time. It's just really poor acting. But again, I think it's the setting too.
*END SPOILER*
The only time I really liked the voice acting was probably Devona's in the cinematic and Gwen's in the GWEN's trailer.

I forgot how good Prophecies voice acting was compared to Factions. I recently made a new ele.
Dwarves in Prophecies sound so awesome, to be honest I'm not that big on them in GW:EN. In Prophecies they just sound AWESOME! Go replay Borlis Pass and watch every cinematic. AWESOMENESS.
Also personally I don't hate Rurik's voice. It fits him to be honest. Adelbern sounded a bit too big and booming to be an old bag, in my opinion. Then again as a Level 24 who can kick Titan butt (do they have butts), maybe it does fit.
