WTB Pretty Shields and Shield mods

I've gotten all shields I want except a strength req. Diamond Aegis, 9-11 depending on price.
Stats should be:
+30 Health
+10 Armor vs. Lightning or vs. Fire
...though I will consider buying if there's just +30 on it

Other skins I might be interested in (inscribable Str. or perfect):
Darkwing Defender
Echovald Shield
Amber Aegis

I have a somewhat decent wallet and I can farm for more, but I'm not prepared to shell out 100k for a shield, but post what you have and I'll decide.

Just to help you out.. you will ONLY find it inscribable tactics, command or motivation. The only time you can get a strength diamond aegis is cantha and it will not be inscribable. I do have a q10 and q13 inscribable para diamond aegis if you're interested.
