skill change: low blow

so you know the skill low blow,

Low Blow
Strike target foe for 30...70 damage. If target foe is knocked down, that foe suffers from Cracked Armor for 10...20 seconds.

well i think it should be changed to this:

Low Blow
Strike target foe with a low blow for 30...70 damage. If target foe is male (obviously some game rework needed) that foe is dazed and blinded for 10...20 seconds.

also this could be added to it as it is a dreldimor skill: If target foe is a destroyer confetti shoots over all allies and enemys in earshot (when this happens you will hear a spanish person cheer)

Isn't this a PvE skill? So it doesn't matter what gender you roll, right? The idea is cute, but gender-specific skills could throw things awry...maybe just make it universal? Haha :P
