What can i Do

i have been away from my game for over a mounth and when i came back i was band. i sent multiple emails to anet and always just got told that the case was closed and theres nothing i can do but i really didn't do anything and got band. <ban reason was for using 3rd party progs>

is there a way that i can get in contact with anet and explain this situation other then email because aparently this isn't getting thurgh.?
