No reputation reward for killing a boss?

Some friends and I just did the Snowman Cave on HM, but when we killed Freezie, we did not get our bonus reputation points for killing a boss.

Is this a bug, or didn't we get any points because he died of degen or something?

Maybe you were already rank 8 and you where in normal mode...

Or maybe they also removed reputation from there.
I know that they removed experience.

We did, of course, have the bounty, and we played in HM.

We killed him again and now he does give 300 points, as usual. Glad they didn't remove it.

Maybe he got caught up on the wrong side of that "kill a ton of things with AoE all at once, but only some of the kills register" effect?
