So i don't have eye of north,is there any way i can replace the "i am unstopable" skill with other one?because there was a place during run which made me bleed and/or cripple

Balanced Stance can replace "I Am Unstoppable!" if your Norn title track is too low, it can increase the "No Knockdown" duration. (If title is less than rank 8, you will have a longer duration with Balanced Stance, but no cripple counter.)

You really need to drop that build completely, and use another one. Start from scratch. Soldier's Speed is the core speed buff in that build, and you don't have the corresponding shouts to fuel it. Once you drop those shouts and the stance, you have hex removal and max health boosts left.
You might be able to combine Illusion of Haste and Balanced Stance to deal with cripple + KD, add Sprint and/or Enraging Charge for a normal speed buff, and possibly take Healing Signet for a self-heal. You might drop Expel for "Charge!"
Or, you could just run another build. The W/Mo "Bold Forge Runner" still works. PvX's version keeps on changing. 3 run buffs? Double-yue-tee-eff.
